Bill will be giving a TED talk on the theme of Finding Your Artistic Voice in the Age of AI. May 10th BNBU Zhuhai

Two video works of Bill’s will feature in the upcoming Bay Area Contemporary Art Biennale in Guangzhou Art Museum. Exhibition opens May 1st and runs for three months.


Bill will be giving an online presentation for the conference Performance and the Environment organized by Lasalle Singapore.
Bill will be attending the International Behavior Art Festival of HEXXYDUXXYBOX in India in May. Between May 21-29th the festival will be presenting performances, workshops and artist exchanges in Delhi and Dehradun. The theme of the festival is ecology and Bill will be presenting his Borrowed Land research on the performance of landscape.

Some video documentation of Cumsingmoon’s Wake – the inaugural event of Borrowed Land. A performance, manifesto and Christmas party on the site of a former deep-sea opium harbor.
Coal is carried to the former maritime site, is then buried in the ground and memories of Cumsingmoon shared. Naval grog is served. The manifesto of Borrowed Land is then read aloud. Zhuhai, Christmas eve 2023.
